Estella Marie Fernandez Kesling – Clarksburg, W.Va.

Estella Marie Fernandez Kesling, 87, of Clarksburg, W.Va., passed away on Satur day, Feb. 1, 2025, at Maplewood Nursing Home. She was born on June 3, 1937, in Donora, daughter of the late Angel and Mary Catherine Probasco Fernandez. Estella owned and worked as a daycare provider. She was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary VFW, where she was former president. She enjoyed collecting teapots, angels, bells and Coca-Cola merchandise. Estella is survived by her children, Jamie Leigh Cuthbert and partner KT Tinney, and Jason Phillip Cuthbert and wife Jennifer Cuthbert, both of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, Dana, Stewart, Lynzi and Kathryn; seven great-grandchildren; and siblings, Joan Joll, Rita Curran and spouse Francis, and Marylou Reynolds, all of Pennsylvania. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Birdell Kesling, on Jan. 3, 2021; two daughters, Carol Rebecca Cuthbert and Debra Lynn Battle; and siblings, Barbara Fernandez Hoffman, Betty Duda, Angel Fernandez and Lynda Petroske.
