Clifford Eugene Bush – Meadville, formerly of Pricedale
Clifford Eugene Bush, 74 of Meadville, formerly of Pricedale, was born July 6, 1950, to the late Clifford and Doris Bush. On Friday , March 28, 2025, surrounded by his family, he went home to be with the Lord. On June 29, 1974, Clifford married Linda Elizabeth Wilson. Clifford graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in mathematics. After marrying his wife, Linda, they moved to Meadville, where he started working at the Social Security office. He retired in 2005. He then worked part time at Pitts Insurance Agency until 2022. Clifford was a member of Pleasantview Alliance Church, Saegertown. In addition to his wife, Linda, Clifford is survived by two children, Stephanie Foltz (Donald Perry) of Fredonia, and Timothy Bush (Katherine) of Pittsburgh. He was blessed with six grandchildren, Tiffany Foltz (Timothy Heslop) of Hubbard, Alexander Foltz (Rebecca Williams) of Sandy Lake, Maria Murr (David) of McKeesport, Gideon Bush and Ezekiel Bush both from Pittsburgh, and Brandon Perry of Greenville. Clifford took pride in his great-grandchildren, Greyson Foltz, Aurora Murr and Xavier Heslop. He is further survived by his sisters, Marianne Fye (Ronald) of Elizabethtown and Carol Carson (David) of Charleroi; his brother, Donald Bush (Robin) of Elizabethtown; and nieces and nephews. Clifford loved to play Rook, Catan and many other games. He also loved building puzzles and doing the newspaper crossword puzzles. He treasured the time traveling with his wife and family. Clifford’s love of the Lord was contagious and everyone that knew him, could feel the joy and love he held in his heart. Friends and family can pay their respects from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Pleasantview Alliance Church, 16233 State Rte. 86, Saegertown, where the funeral services will follow at 5 p.m. with Pastor Mike MacAdam officiating. The family would like to invite everyone to join them after the service for a dinner to celebrate Clifford’s life and love.
