Johnson, 49, of California was charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered stemming from an alleged incident Wednesday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis is scheduled for 9 a.m. April 16, and Johnson is being held in Washington County Prison denied bail due to already being on state parole for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Eric Porter is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. May 1.
