Jennah Seibert was found shot to death Friday afternoon in a home on Lenity School Road.
No arrests have been reported as of Sunday afternoon in connection with the fatal shooting of a Rostraver woman, whose body was found Friday at a house in an isolated area of the township.
Jennah Seibert, 24, was found dead around noon Friday in a house at 400 Lenity School Road, which is owned by Bryan J. Murray, according to Westmoreland County property records.
Authorities have not said if a suspect has been identified in connection with the homicide.
Melanie Jones, a spokeswoman for Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole Ziccarelli, said she understood that Seibert resided with Murray at that house.
Seibert was to be married next year to Murray, 41, according to Murray’s Feb. 16 Facebook post, which showed the couple celebrating the fifth anniversary of their relationship at a restaurant on Pittsburgh’s Mount Washington. Murray’s post said it would be their last dating anniversary before they get married next year.
Hannah Seibert, Jennah’s sister, posted on Facebook seeking answers.
“Please find whoever took my sister away from my family,” Hannah wrote. “They killed her for no good reason. PLEASE SPEAKUP IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING.”
Hannah wrote that her sister always had her back and was “loyal, kind, funny and truly my baby sister.”
“She wouldn’t hurt a fly,” Hannah Seibert wrote about her sister. “Broken isn’t even the word.”
Jennah Seibert was a Belle Vernon Area graduate who recently took a job as the director of talent acquisition at The Cotter Group, according to her LinkedIn page
