Fallowfield Township supervisors unanimously voted to appoint Joseph Sopchak to a seat left vacant by the death of Supervisor Ronald Large.
Large, 65, unexpectedly passed away on July 30 as a result of a severe head injury he suffered when he fell down a flight of stairs. He was just seven months into his first term in office.
