A video taken by a Buena Vista resident of a firefighter riding an inflatable whale through floodwaters on Monday has become an internet sensation.
Hundreds of thousands of people have watched Buena Vista volunteer firefighter Ben Desmond on the pool toy, which he said was a spontaneous act to ease the tension of the situation.
