Two Mon Valley women with green thumbs are hoping a football field at the former Monongahela Elementary Center will be in full bloom next spring.
Michelle Branthoover Parnell and Jacqueline Inserra each have a passion for gardening and thought the hobby would be a perfect way to bring the community together.
