Incumbent Republican Bud Cook will square off tomorrow against Democrat Steve Toprani in the race for the House seat in the 49th Legislative District.
Cook, of West Pike Run Township, is wrapping up his first term as state representative, having been elected in 2016. Toprani, of Monongahela, is a former Washington County District Attorney and a one-time member of the Ringgold School Board.
