During a workshop meeting Tuesday, Monongahela council members discussed a few projects the city might be able to pay for with Community Development Block Grant funding.
Robert Phillips, assistant community development director of the Redevelopment Authority of Washington County, gave council members Rusty Polonoli, Claudia Williams and Ken Kulak an idea of how the CDBG money has been budgeted.
