A coordinated drug sting was executed Wednesday in McKeesport, and 32 people are in jail as a result.
In a prepared statement, McKeesport’s police department said it worked with Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen Zappala along with the District Attorney Narcotics Enforcement Team, the Allegheny County Police Department and SWAT department, the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office and Probation Department, the state Parole Department and various state constables on a seven-month investigation into illegal narcotics sales in the city.
