A Belle Vernon borough man accused of assaulting his girlfriend at the Belle Vernon Apartments is in jail.
David Wayne Inman, 57, was charged this week with aggravated assault, strangulation, simple assault, disorderly conduct and stalking — repeatedly commit acts to cause fear.
