West Jefferson Hills School District Superintendent Dr. Michael Ghilani is tired of parents getting their information from social media and rumors, and he’s doing something about it.

Ghilani, along with assistant superintendent of secondary education Scott Milburn and assistant superintendent of elementary education Matthew Patterson, is holding the first superintendents’ forum of the new school year at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Thomas Jefferson High School LGI room.

The event is designed to be an open forum to encourage positive dialogue and an exchange of ideas within the school district, where parents can get the facts from Ghilani on all district matters, address rumors on social media and provide positive feedback and ask questions on any topic.

The event is open to parents of all K-12 students.
