Blaine A. Collins, 84, of North Charleroi, passed away on Friday, Dec. 25, 2020, at his residence. Born in North Charleroi on March 5, 1936, Blaine was retired from the former Corning Glass in Charleroi. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Blaine was laid to rest at National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, and military rites were accorded by the U.S. Army Honor Guard. Arrangements were entrusted to LEONARD M. PAVLIC FUNERAL HOMES INC., Charleroi.
