Dorothy J. Santoro, 88, of Charleroi, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021. Born on Feb. 12, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Yvonne Balieu Capella. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her loving family. Dorothy is survived by her sons, Ken Santoro and wife Janet of Washington, Pa., Tom Santoro and wife Teresa of Charleroi, and Terry Santoro and wife Alicia of Perryopolis; grandchildren, Christina (Erik) Bozarth, Justin (Amanda) Santoro, Haylie (Patrick) Walther, Chelsy (Joshua) Kemp, Kylie (Michael) Horrell, Zachary Santoro, Mallory (Joseph) Scalise, Hannah (Peter) Lainge and Elijah Santoro; and great-grandchildren, Zane, Violet, Barrett, Anabelle, Saline, Samantha, Dominic, Joshua, Carmen and Kalani. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Sam Santoro. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 2, 2021, at CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director.
