The new concession stand at the lower fields at the John DiVirgilio Sports Complex in Rostraver Township was formally dedicated Thursday with the unveiling of a marble plaque.
It was the culminating project of Ray Iacoboni’s eight-year tenure as a Rostraver Township Commissioner. His term on the board is expiring.
