Pa. court has a dozen congressional maps to review

At least one dozen different proposed maps of Pennsylvania’s congressional district boundaries have been given to a statewide court to consider beginning today. As Gov. Tom Wolf and lawmakers appear deadlocked on a drawing, three days after the deadline to submit proposals, the state court system put the documents online on Wednesday.
