Concerns were raised about the Hera pad fracking project at the Rostraver Township Board of Commissioners voting meeting Wednesday.
Word must have gotten out in Elizabeth Township regarding last week’s Rostraver work session because a number of anxious residents from up the river were there to be heard regarding an issue they said sounded all too familiar.
