Valley braces for next winter storm

Punxy Phil on Wednesday said winter isn’t going anywhere.
And it seems the Groundhog’s Day message of Pennsylvania’s favorite marmot was heard loud and clear by Mother Nature. That’s because the Mon Valley and surrounding areas are under a Winter Storm Warning from the National Weather Service Pittsburgh. NWS on Wednesday said a cold front will drop today into Friday and rain will turn to freezing rain, then sleet, then snow.
