In a matchup of local teams kicking off their seasons, Ringgold outdueled California at Malden Yards Wednesday to the tune of a 3-1 win.
Lorenzo Glasser tossed five strong innings, striking out 10 and allowing only a lone run on three hits to lead the Rams (1-0). All three hits Glasser allowed were singles.
Remington Lessman pitched the final two innings to earn a save.
