Rostraver Township apartment complex plan to go before zoning board

Rostraver Township’s Board of Commissioners told subcontractors attached to a planned residential development project to tidy up their rezoning application and resubmit in time for the next work session April 27. Bellevue Partners, LP wants to build five, four-story apartment buildings near the Monongahela Valley Hospital HealthPlex off of Plaza Drive. But before they can bring 264 units to the area, they’ll need Westmoreland County to rezone portions of the tax map.
