Incidents at Monongahela’s Mounds Park cause friction among residents

Several people who spoke at the Monongahela City Council meeting agree that a recreation board needs to be created for The Mounds.
The park — especially its playground — was a hot topic at Wednesday’s meeting.
Multiple residents offered public comment about incidents and issues that have been purportedly taking place at the park involving teenagers who are either allegedly misbehaving or are being perceived as misbehaving and perceived problems with neighbors who live near the park.
