Naomi Outreach welcomed a nationally-known veterans advocate for its luncheon Wednesday at the Cedarbrook Golf Course Clubhouse in Rostraver Township. Nikki Mendicino, originally from Springdale, Pa., shared stories of her time with service members, lessons learned and friends made during her 20-plus years of activism in veteran communities across the country.
