Memorial bakery reaches fundraising goal

A bakery bearing the name of the woman who led it each year at Festival of Nations in Charleroi was an overwhelming success. Peggy Foster, a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish and a former nurse, died March 18, six years after being diagnosed with multiple myeloma.
