Monessen Council intends to have a forensic audit of the city’s Line Usage Fund performed by auditors Cypher and Cypher, focusing on the proper disposition or utilization of the funds. Council tabled the motion Thursday night to wait for a cost estimate from Cypher and Cypher, but all members talked about the need for it to happen.
