In light of Hurricane Fiona and its tragic effects on Puerto Rico, two people from the Salvation Army in Pittsburgh will take part in relief efforts. Whitney Cole of Monessen and Heather Martin of Bethel Park will head to the island today to meet with a team from the Salvation Army Disaster Service in New York.
