Lawmakers from the Mon Valley are applauding the state Office of the Budget for awarding millions of dollars worth of grants that will benefit local communities and development ventures. In Allegheny County, State Sen. Jim Brewster and state Rep. Austin Davis, both Democrats from McKeesport, said Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grants, also known as RACPs, will make an impact in several communities in the McKeesport area.
