The Monongahela Area Revitalization Corporation has announced the winners of its fourth annual Fall Harvest/Halloween decorating contest. In the Halloween category, Nikki Molnar won Most Original, Jennifer Raymond won Most Creative and Tiffany and Brandon Stotka won Scariest. In the Fall Harvest category, Deanna Cook won Most Creative and Lisa and Shawn Brown won Most Original.
