The conference room for the scheduled voting meeting of the Authority of the Borough of Charleroi was packed full on Tuesday — and so was council chambers for a meeting later that night. Almost 60 residents, local elected officials and ABC employees filled the space hoping for answers regarding a potential asset evaluation requested by the Borough of Charleroi and a potential sale that has been discussed in recent months.
