Fire crews rescued a Dunlevy resident from an out-of-control kitchen fire Friday night. Firefighters responded to 19 Church St. after the blaze broke out around 9:45 p.m. Charleroi Fire Chief Robert Whiten Jr. said the wife of the trapped occupant returned from a shopping trip to find her home ablaze and her wheelchair-bound husband inside yelling for help.
