Last week, three local newspapers — with representation from the Virginia-based Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press — asked a Westmoreland County judge to consider unsealing court records related to a shooting incident earlier this month in a shopping center parking lot in Rostraver Township. On Tuesday, Judge Christopher A. Feliciani signed an order granting a motions hearing on the matter.
