As he gets ready to embark on his sixth season guiding Frazier’s wrestling program, Buck Watkins sounds like a confident man. And he probably has good reason to feel good about the Commodores. Not only do the Commodores have two-time WPIAL and PIAA champion Rune Lawrence on the team, but there is plenty of talent to go around the junior standout.
