The holiday season is fast approaching in the Mon Valley. Monongahela and Elizabeth Borough have already kicked off the season with celebrations, but more are slated in upcoming weeks. North Belle Vernon borough will “light up the night” on Sunday to welcome the 2022 holiday season.
