New harassment claims against Rostraver Township Commissioner John Lorenzo allege disturbing behavior at a Halloween event Oct. 31. Commission President Jeffrey Johnson claims he was slapped in the face by his colleague, while Commissioner Justin Kosanko and township manager Jeffrey Keffer claim Lorenzo made physical contact and/or verbal threats during the community event held at 199 Recreation Drive.
