Roscoe, Elco, Stockdale and Allenport each declared a state of emergency following a hail storm that swept through the area Sunday. Roscoe Mayor Tom Wilkinson, Elco Mayor Frank Kennedy, Stockdale EMA Coordinator Jesse Stringer and Allenport Mayor Steve Lucinski signed the joint declaration Sunday night after witnessing the full impact of the storm on the area.
