Several local veterans groups worked together last week to give thanks to American veterans for the holiday season. The White Oak Vet Center partnered with a local Elks Lodge, Pennsylvania VFW District 29 (Allegheny County) and several other organizations to ensure local veterans had plenty to eat on Thanksgiving.
