More discussions are in the works between Charleroi Borough and the Authority of the Borough of Charleroi.
ABC Solicitor Dennis Paluso confirmed the authority submitted an offer to the borough via email on Wednesday to purchase the sewer lines in the borough and possibly an MS4 project.
Paluso said both sides are expected to sit down in an executive session to further discuss the matter during the authority’s meeting Tuesday.
The borough and the authority had one of their first official discussions regarding a potential sale and pending asset evaluation Nov. 22 when the groups met behind closed doors during ABC’s voting meeting.
