Charles R. Roscoe, 64, of Monessen, passed away on Dec. 17, 2022, at home. He was born on Feb. 28, 1958, to Charles and Elizabeth Jadyk Roscoe in North Charleroi. He was a graduate of Monessen High School and worked as a corrections officer for SCI Greensburg. He was a member of St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church. Charles is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Ciglar Roscoe; sisters, Luanne (Mike Desko) Roscoe and Linda (Brian) McQueen; two cousins, Tommy (Anna) Ciglar and Jon Ciglar; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Kay Balliard; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joe and Jean Ciglar. Private family visitation and funeral services were held at ROBERT A. BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC., Grand Boulevard and Marion Avenue, Monessen. Entombment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park.
