It took a half before South Allegheny was able to pull away from Elizabeth Forward and claim victory in its own holiday tournament with a 66-43 home win on Tuesday night. For the Gladiators (8-0), who were led by a 27-point effort from Bryce Epps, coach Tony DiCenzo thought that his guys may have slightly overlooked a Warriors (4-6) squad that is missing a few key contributors.
