United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania will recruit 350 volunteer tax preparers for its 2022-23 Free Tax Preparation effort in Allegheny, Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties. Volunteers complete tax returns for low-income families and individuals to ensure that everyone receives the breaks they have earned.
