Cougars manhandle Raiders for section win

After escaping Waynesburg Central with an eight-point victory to open up section play, Charleroi coach Bill Wiltz wanted his squad to improve against the Raiders at home and they did just that with a 68-40 victory on Friday night. “I thought we played really well,” Wiltz said. “Last time we played them at their place we struggled a little bit. They’ve got a very young team and I thought we should’ve dominated them last time, but tonight we had the dominating performance I was looking for.”
