The order sealing the arrest warrant information in the criminal case against a man charged in connection with a shooting in Rostraver Square has been extended 30 days.
The order, which was originally granted the day after the murder of Boyke Budiarachman, 49, Nov. 5, expired Jan. 6.
It was extended 30 days from Jan. 4, according to the Westmoreland County District Attorney’s office.
Keven Van Lam, 55, of Rostraver Township has been held in Westmoreland County Prison since his arrest within days of the homicide, but in addition to his arrest warrant information being sealed, details normally contained within a public docket have also been kept under wraps.
To date, the public doesn’t know what Lam is charged with, if he’s being held without bond or simply hasn’t been able to post it or when his arraignment was held.
