McKeesport managed to outlast Makhai Valentine and visiting Steel Valley to claim a big non-section victory Thursday night. The Tigers held a one-point lead with under a minute to go before a big block by Ja’Vonta Belton on one end of the floor led to free-throw opportunities on the other end. Shayne McGraw hit a pair of foul shots, Aemond Knight later added two more and McGraw closed out a 64-57 McKeesport win with a late bucket at the Neenie Campbell Gymnasium.
