McKeesport to hold second forum on gun violence

The McKeesport NAACP Unit is calling on city residents to attend a “community meeting” later this week to productively discuss gun violence prevention efforts and solutions. Initially the meeting was slated to be held at a facility at Crawford Village, but that plan has changed and the event will be held  from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the McKeesport Area High School auditorium, according to an announcement issued by Mayor Michael Cherepko’s office on behalf of the NAACP unit.
