Belle Vernon Area Coach Joe Salvino has been to the basketball playoffs more than any other active coach in the WPIAL. So, he has been around the block more than enough times. Yet, when asked what concerns him most about the Leopards’ 4A first round game tonight at Quaker Valley (14-6), his answer was very unique.
