After two seasons, Matt Rowland has stepped down as head boys basketball coach at Ringgold. His resignation was accepted during Wednesday night’s school board meeting, the same session in which Ringgold hired Korie Morton-Rozier as its new athletic director. Rowland said his decision stems from not having the same amount of available time he once had to dedicate to the program.
