A furious second-half rally fell short for the California women’s basketball team Wednesday night. The Vulcans cut a 16-point third-quarter deficit to one on two separate occasions in the fourth quarter before ultimately suffering a 76-65 loss at the hands No. 20 Gannon in PSAC action at the Convocation Center.
