Ben Shields delivered with an RBI single in the bottom of the sixth inning to give Charleroi a lead it wouldn’t relinquish in a 5-4 non-section victory over visiting Ringgold at Vets Field Wednesday afternoon. Shields went 3 for 3 with a triple, a walk and two RBIs to help lead the Cougars’ offensive attack.
