Monessen council members decided this week to table a request for a loading and unloading zone from the owner of one of Donner Avenue’s newer businesses until they have more information. Sean Buffa owns Dunn-Rite Siding and Soffit Co. at 350 Donner Ave., which sits beside Monessen Public Library and across from ArcelorMittal.
