It’s been eight days since the Belle Vernon Area softball team took the field. And their last outing was one to forget with a lopsided loss at Elizabeth Forward. It was important for the Leopards to rectify their situation Thursday, and they did just that with a doubleheader sweep over visiting Uniontown at Tom Rodriguez Field.
