The Boy Scouts of America, Laurel Highlands Council, held its annual Scouting Community Awards breakfast Monday. Organizers held the ceremony in the Lombardi Conference Center at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital, hosting Charleroi Boy Scout Troop 1131 and multiple public officials.
